Can I be a Mason?

Worshipful Master's Message for January, 2004

Brethren,

I need first to thank Brother Ralph H. Slider, P.M., for installing me Worshipful Master again, Ralph was the one who also raised me many years ago. Another thanks to Brother Earl H. Kreglow, Jr., P.M. for the many hours and cups of coffee it took to teach me the three Degrees and other work. Another thanks to the other Past Masters who have always been there to help me. Without their support, I could not have made it to the East. I need to thank all of the newly elected officers and the appointed line officers. I feel we have a solid team.

I am inviting all of you to please come to your Stated Meetings. This year, my theme is "Masonry" and most of my speakers will talk on this subject. The idea is to leave Lodge having learned something about your Fraternity.

This year, our Ladies Night will be the Tenth Masonic District Spring Gala, Saturday, April 17'th at Winding Brook in Whitehall. The cost is $35.00 per person. Brethren, I have already written my check, please can't you do the same? See your Lodge officers with your checks.

The first Stated Meeting is January 15'th and Brother Charles "Rick" Sherer, P.M. will talk about his tour of duty in Iraq this past year.

Happy New Year!

Yours in the Gentle Craft,

James E. Flemming
