Worshipful Master's Message for December, 2004
Dear Brethen,
Another Masonic year is coming to a close. This was an outstanding year
as we had 24 new members. A lot of
work went in to your one-day class to go out and get all those petitions. Thank
you all who helped and came out to our extra events, twice to New York City,
Elizabethtown, our Golf outing and the Annual Banquet. Also the almost Grand
Lodge/Atlantic City tour. I must thank all the brethen, officers, Past
Masters, committee members, friends and family for making these events and my
tenure as Worshipful Master a success. The success is really yours. To Earl
Kreglow Jr. our Mason of the Year thanks you. He really earned it having to work
with me. Please congratulate him next time you see him. Also to my wife Linda,
for all her help and understanding. Behind every successful Worshipful Master is
a surprised wife!
At our December stated meeting we will hold our elections and
installation of officers for next year. Attention the meeting will start
promptly at 7 P.M. Please come out and show your support for new officers. You
will have a great line for next year, headed by Gaetan T. Giannini Jr. I hope he
will find a job for me or put me out to pasture literally. The Stewards report
will be at Wert’s Café.
There will be a passing the gavel ceremony on St. John’s Day next (Dec.
27th), at the Paddock restaurant. Plus food and good fellowship. Come
out and meet your new officers.
This past year I will always remember as one of the best years in my
life. I have enjoyed being your Worshipful Master for 2004. It has helped me
grow and I have made many new and true friends. Thing did not always go as
planned, and my work was not always 100%, but thanks to all the Brethren and
past masters who picked me up and kept me going. YES I am still having
fun. Thank you All!
See you at our December Stated Meeting, as always no test to get in!
